Presentation Title: Approaches for the Solution of Color Problems and the Effect of Printing Substrates on Color
Color creates mental associations about the brand's corporate identity and business. First experience of product develops within framework of perception and feeling created by colors. Important parameters in conversion of digital outputs of design to analogue vary in repro, pre-press, and converter press stages, respectively. In addition, these parameters may cause significant deviations in color for design. In this study, color problems in process from design of color in inner or outer package of product to the market shelves have been discussed. Moreover, starting from the brand product design, solutions were inspected to detect main reasons of color deviations and to minimize the effect of change in printing materials on color.
