Roza Altın

Roza has 25 years of Packaging R&D experience, 12 years of which is at Ülker. She designed and developed plenty of different materials and formats starting from ideas phase to post-launch. 

She has registered designs, speeches at international and domestic conferences. She also had the privilege to participate as jury member for competitions; Tasarla Çukurova 2020 and DuPont Packaging Awards 2015. Currently she is leading Ulker Packaging R&D Team with honor.

She has her BSc from METU Aerospace Engineering in 1992 and MSc. from the same university in 1994. 

She is married and have two sons.

Presentation Title: Evolution of Packaging with Changing World 

In recent years the events happening around us caused fundamental changes in consumer behavior, markets and supply chains. These changes led the companies to review the way they do business and their approach to markets and consumers. Snacking industry is among the most affected ones. Evolving consumers, climate crisis and supply chain disruptions have their effects on packaging as well as ingredients. To be successful in these volatile times we need to be good in forecasting based on data, using our experience to get ready and being agile to execute.
