Sante Convelsan

Sante Conselvan is an Industrial Chemistry graduate at the Molinari Technical Institute in Milan. He started his professional career in the early 1970s in the commercial department of the Bancolini Group.  He joined Crosfield Italia in 1978 where he gained international experience specializing in electronic technology applied to prepress-scanners and page make up, reaching the position of Sales Manager between 1989 and 1991.

In 1991 he took up a new career as Sales and Marketing Director in Scitex Italia. Later on he set up I&C and has been its Managing Director since. The company specializes in the commercial start-up of innovative technologic solutions for the printing and converting industry.

Since 2002 he has been a member of the management board of Gama, a company producing ink control quality systems.

Since 2012 he is CEO of I&C-Gama International Group.

Sante Conselvan is involved in several Associations in the Packaging and Graphic Arts.

Board Member of ATIF (Italian Flexographic Technical Association) and past President (2012-2018).

Current President of FTA Europe (European Flexographic Technical Federation).

In 2016 FTA US honoured him with the President Award. In 2018 he received the Pollicione d’Oro, Education Graphics Art Association Lifetime Achievement Award.  In 2018 Stationer’s Company appointed him as a Freeman. In 2019 he was appointed Freeman of the City of London. In 2022 ABFlexo honoured him with the Associated Award. In 2022 PLFTA & Polish Chamber of Printing appointed him as Chevalier de Gutenberg

He is also a Member of TAGA Italia where he has been involved in the Board for many years.
