Born in 1970 in Akçaabat district of Trabzon, Tansel Cavit
Kulak completed his high school education in Istanbul. In 1990, he graduated
from the Naval Academy as a Naval Officer. After serving as an officer in the
navy for 9 years, he left the military. In 1994, he graduated from Selçuk
University Faculty of Economics. Later, he completed his master's degree in
Management Sciences at Kocaeli University. Joining Aydın Mensucat, one of
Turkey's major industrial companies, Tansel Cavit Kulak served in managerial
roles for many years. Analyzing the government's 2023 strategy plan, he decided
to enter the machinery sector. In 2012, under the leadership of Tansel Cavit
Kulak, Optimak STU started its operations, providing turnkey projects and
factory solutions for secondary packaging machines (cartoning, palletizing,
stretch wrapping) in end-of-line systems to domestic and foreign manufacturers.
Mr. Kulak has been continuing his activities at Optimak STU since then.
